I ran into a problem with some of my Owen shingles, it wasn't so much a problem with the product as my shipment came damaged and I called them up for a replacement. I was able to go to a nearby store and switch them out. they seem to have an amazing rapport with their distribution channels as I didn't purchase them from a store but through them directly (all be it through an agent) and they were able to get me my new shingles the same day. I call this great customer service and a highly resourceful company. The product is amazing as well.
